I had an interesting case present into my case load a while back that has been tickling my brain ever since. They presented for unrelated issues, but had some interesting neurological findings and no known neurologic diagnosis. In researching my own hypothetic differential, I came across the following resource, which I felt compelled to share.
I found this resource helpful in my search. It reviews all the coordination related symptom definitions and what they look like. I do wish there were some YouTube videos assocated with it though. That would make it perfect. Then it goes into a differential mode. It was written in 2001 (a little old, but the basics are the basics), by an experienced emergency physician.
Anyway, just wanted to share that.
