My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I honestly picked up this book because 1) my library didn’t have the breastfeeding book I was recommended and 2) of the titles it did have, this one was the least textbook-ish, with color pictures and graphics, so it seemed the most approachable for a complete newbie like me. I wanted to read some kind of how-to, because every resource in the world on parenting is pushing breastfeeding right now, but none would give specific details to this new mommy on how to do that. This book got specific with easy to follow instructions and graphics. It also gave plenty of problem solving tricks as well, which I feel make this book worth purchasing and putting on my reference shelf. I’m sure I’ll run into some kind of issue at some point in this new journey and having a reference resource will be helpful.
If you’re lost and confused, check my previous post for details… I’m expecting!
